The Victron blue power battery charger will operate on whatever supply is available with its Adaptive 3-stage charge characteristic:

bulk – absorption – float

Completely encapsulated: waterproof, shockproof and ignition protected.
Water, oil or dirt will not damage the Blue Power charger. The casing is made of cast aluminium and the electronics are moulded in resin.

The Blue Power charger features a microprocessor controlled ‘adaptive’ battery management. The ‘adaptive’ feature will automatically optimise the charging process relative to the way the battery is being used. Used where other chargers wouldn’t dare

Bulk stage voltage is 28.8 Volts DC

Float stage voltage is 27.4 Volts DC

Operating temperature range is -20 to +60°C (full rated output up to 40°C)

Can be used as power supply as it will kick in automoatically if load is supplied. Load must be less than the rated amps and temperature must be taken into account.
