Freight quotes are for capital city to capital city. (Regional areas please phone us first.) Prices are based on commercial rates for heavy items.

YES OUR ITEMS ARE HEAVY. As victron use only the best marinised components. Not cheap parts that will break. These are commercial grade products. Heavy duty.

Under no circumstances will we ship via a non tracking delivery method such as Aussie post standard.
This is for your's and our safety. As Ausstralia post do not guarantee delivery.

Our couriers pick up daily at 2pm and any orders that are made and payment that clear before 11am Canberra local time will be packed and shipped that day if products are in stock.
Payments that clear after 11am will be shipped the next business day.
Delivery can take anywhere from 1 working day for capital city to capital city east coast to up to 7 days to the west coast or regional areas.

Larger and heavier items will always be shiped by road and can take an extra day or 7 depending on which part of Australia you live in. Yes we live in a very large country with a trucking freight system. Can take 2 or 3 different depot changes to get to you out in whoop whoop. (hi to my cousins in Gilgandra)

Payment details

Due to security reasons if you purchase online with your credit card or pay with credit cards over the phone, products will only be shipped to an Australian or New Zealand Address.

Confirmation of address will be done via email after you payment is successful.

Please call us for a delivery quote to New Zealand.

PO BOX is NOT accepted by any courier or by us due to insurance and delivery confirmation reasons. Unless you are in far remote area and delivery is pre arranged to POBox due to no courier service.
Therefore we will only ship to your home or business address where you must sign for the product.

In all instances you must provide us with your full name, email address and telephone contact details, as you may need to be contacted prior to the product being dispatched by email or phone to confirm your delivery details. Products will ship within 24 business hours of payment clearing our bank account.

You can pay by PayPal by Direct Deposit into our bank account.

We prefer direct deposit into our Commonwealth bank account to keep costs down.

We bank with the Commonwealth Bank. Please provide us with your receipt number as proof of payment. Goods will not be shipped before funds clear our bank account.
